The HRA is a fall arrest device with an automatic blocking function and an automatic tensioning and retraction device for the connecting means. The HRA consists of an aluminum housing with a bracket suspension at the top. It has a steel cable and an aluminum attack carabiner is permanently installed at the end of the cable. The fall absorption is carried out via the mechanism inside (brake). The integrated fall absorption ensures an extremely short fall distance and the impact force is reduced to a minimum (well below 6 kN)! The HRA must be used in a holder on an anchor device (tripod, boom arm or wall bracket). With the rescue hoist device with integrated fall absorption, an injured person can be rescued upwards or downwards. There is also a version with a reel chain drive instead of the rescue hoist crank. If the HRA is equipped with this, it can also be used freely hanging from an anchor point. It is also equipped with a fall indicator on the carabiner!
