The EAP BEAM FIX is a beam clamp with a rotatable single anchorage point. It is clamped horizontally or vertically to the flanges of I-beams and the personal fall protection system is attached to it. It is approved for a maximum nominal load of 140 kg. Shock absorbers including lanyards, self-retracting safety devices, restraint systems or workplace positioning systems can be attached to it. The EAP BEAM FIX is opened with the hinged closure and placed on the carrier flange. Then the clamping jaws are pressed together over the rack until they rest against the carrier and the locking pin is inserted into the hole. The clamping jaws are then fixed with the knurled handle. Now the personal fall protection system can be hooked in.
