The ASS-1 boom arm is a transportable anchorage device for 2 people. It is used in combination with the HRA self-retracting lifeline, the ABS 3a or 4 descender, the IKLW 300 winch and the PLW passenger winch. Other systems such as small self-retracting lifelines or energy absorbers including lanyards can also be attached to the side stop eye.
